How to Replace a New Flint To replace the flint, simply push up the flint wheel head and pull it out. Use a slotted screwdriver to unscrew the screw, and then remove the spring to pour out the used flint. Replace it with a new flint and reassemble all parts.

Adjust the Flame and Butane Injection Use the bottom of the lighter to adjust the size of the flame. Turn it to the left to increase the flame and to the right to decrease it. When refilling, inject butane 2-3 times vertically into the bottom of the lighter or the main gas inlet. Be cautious and avoid open flames during this process.

Caution Do not keep the cap opening, as this may cause the butane gas to leak out. It is highly recommended not to light up for more than 10 seconds each time to avoid overheating of the cap and flint. Do not mix gas fuel, and be sure to deflate the remaining gas before refilling.
